Information Collection and Use
If a user must first complete a registration form on this site, now or in the future and they are required to give their contact information such as name, company, and e-mail address em2solutions is the sole owner of the information collected and will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive for use during a particular session ("per session" cookie). em2solutions has set the "per session" cookie to be available on the user's hard drive for 20 minutes. This means a user would not have to enter their username and password more than once during a 20-minute session if required. The cookie will expire after this time limit or when the user closes their browser.

Log Files
em2solutions uses and analyzes web logs that automatically record basic information about visitors. Security
This web site takes every reasonable and appropriate precaution to protect the users' information against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. When users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) via the web site, the information is protected both online and off-line. We use Pay Pal who uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and Verisign certificates when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. While on a secure page, such as a PayPal, the lock icon on the top or bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, will be displayed. While we use PayPal online who protects sensitive information , we also protect user-information off-line. The server that stores sensitive information is kept in a secure environment and access is limited by user name and password.

If em2solutions decides to change our privacy policy, the changes will be posted on em2solutions.com or easa7.org so users are always aware of what information is collected, its use and disclosure if any.
